The intact Arcane Congress wand
The whole one of the two wands out of the Silver Web den: Congress make, faintly evocative, charged with something nobody has been able to name
Two wands came out of the Silver Web’s sealed room under the ruins. One was cracked, and turned out to be a wand of fireball. This one was whole, and carries the Arcane Congress’s own make. Held against detection it reads as a faint evocation, and it is charged, so there is a working in it waiting to be spent.
Which working was never established. Mikhail read it and could not reach it: whoever built the wand had built it above him, and the reading failed outright. He left it with Professor Ashanti al-Hassan to try where he had not, and when the party divided its gear before going north it was still with her, and still nameless.
