Enacted by the esteemed scholars and lawmakers of the Arcane Congress, the Arcane Constitution comprises a comprehensive set of magical laws that wield influence across the continent of Erôth. Originating from meticulous debates and consensus-building within the Congress, these laws have earned broad acceptance and adherence among diverse governments and magical communities.
To ensure transparency and trustworthiness in governance, the founders of the Arcane Congress dedicated themselves to the principles of equitable rule and impartial enforcement. This commitment led to the establishment of a governing body separate from individual nations, solely tasked with overseeing the ethical practice and regulation of arcane arts.
