Deen

A smuggler of the Ten Lashes, and one of three men Dan could put a name to when the Constable of Loshev sat him down and made him talk. The other two were Samir, whom Dan had worked alongside, and Captain Torr above them both.

Deen was the one who brought in the people taken out of Amulta and handed them off. A crew had come across them traveling that way and picked them up in the mountains. With the delivery made he was expected to head back west and go on working the mountain trails, and nothing further of him was ever written down.
