Idirian Thoroughbred

A remnant of the ancient Mól empire’s breeding practices, Idir has the finest equine stock in all of Erôth. Two different types of horse go by the Idirian name and are regularly confused. The “Idirian Steed” are bred and raised by families around Veren who have passed the secret methods down within the family for near a millennium. The “Idirian Wild Horses” have their own, different qualities to them.

Farid

Base Animal

Farid are a special breed of horse. Their base creature is a Riding Horse.

Abilities

Increase the Strength by +4, the Constitution by +2, and the Dexterity by +2.

Traits

• Stubborn (Ex): Handle Animal DCs increased by 2, but receives a +2 bonus on saving throws against charm, compulsion, and fear effects.
• Swift Tracker (Ex): Farid do not suffer a –5 penalty on the checks made to follow tracks at normal speed.
• Trail Blazer (Ex): When traveling at overland speeds, Farid reduce the penalty to thier speed by x1/4.

Jalil

Base Animal

Jalil are a special breed of horse. Their base creature is a Draft Horse.

Abilities

Increase the Constitution by +4, the Dexterity by +2, and the Strength by +2.

Traits

• Stubborn (Ex): Handle Animal DCs increased by 2, but receives a +2 bonus on saving throws against charm, compulsion, and fear effects.
• Tough Hide (Ex): Natural armor bonus improved by an additional +2.
• Tough as Nails (Ex): Jalil gain the Toughness feat as a bonus feat.

Khalid

Base Animal

Khalid are a special breed of horse. Their base creature is a Draft Horse.

Abilities

Increase the Strength by +4, the Constitution by +2, and the Dexterity by +2.

Traits

• Excellent Learner (Ex): Handle Animal DCs reduced by 2, can learn a maximum of eight tricks, and training time is reduced by one week.
• Swift Breed (Ex): The Khalid’s speed increases its speed by 10 feet.
• Vigorous (Ex): Khalid have nearly twice the life expetency of a normal horse.

Rihal

Base Animal

Rihal are a special breed of horse. Their base creature is a Riding Horse.

Abilities

Increase the Dexterity by +4, the Constitution by +2, and the Strength by +2.

Traits

• Enduring (Ex): Once a day a Rihal may recover from Fatigue as a Swift Action.
• Excellent Learner (Ex): Handle Animal DCs reduced by 2, can learn a maximum of eight tricks, and training time is reduced by one week.

Swift Breed (Ex): The Rihal’s speed increases its speed by 10 feet.
