Cam

A delicacy out of Yovance, brought out for weddings and anniversaries and for very little else. It does not keep, and that is most of why it means anything: cam on a table says somebody went to trouble and expense recently and did it for you, and that none of it can be put by for a better occasion, because there is not going to be one.
