A hospital in a city that has risen becomes a hunting ground, and the Chantry has standing training for it rather than improvisation. Aid is given to anyone who asks for it. Only the critically injured are brought inside, because a mild injury is easily feigned and feigning one is the known way for a killer to get through the door and finish somebody lying in a bed. No blood is to be shed within the walls except the blood a patient arrived carrying or the blood a surgery requires. The doors are held against the mob rather than opened to it.
