Malkor

A Malkor is a Prince’s house. It is his estate and his stronghold at once, it stands inside one of the regional seats of his own province, and it is where he lives when he is in that part of it. It is not a city, and holding one does not make a city anything.

They are heavily guarded, and a Malkor is kept as though its Prince were inside it whether he is or not. Each holds one throne room with one chair standing in it. The Peren learned centuries ago not to have two of their rulers in one province at a time, and they built the halls to match.
