The Underôth
The country beneath Erôth, reached through the Crack, whose creatures have a tongue and no names
The Underôth lies beneath Erôth and is named for it. The one way in that anyone has found is the Crack, whose lower reaches open into it, and that descent has never been followed past the pillared hall: how far the shaft runs on beneath, those who have gone down did not measure.
What is held of the Underôth above ground is held at one remove, through the speech of the things that live in it. Jeskyně is counted among the Terrane tongues and is the only one of the three that is spoken and never set down. No word of it has been written, no creature that speaks it has been named, and nothing that has come up out of the Underôth has ever been given a name.
