Durat "the Green Goblin"

A plainly dressed, hooded hobgoblin whose skin is green as a goblin’s, an uncommon affliction he was born with and the reason for the name people put on him. Beltran Grayeras kept him among the six to break into named houses and carry off whatever mattered in them, so that his employer would have something to hold over the people who lived there. Khudan, asked what the point of it all was, had no G’lin word for blackmail and called it forced bartering.

He camps out near the army rather than in the city. He defends himself and does not attack, which is as close as Khudan came to speaking well of anybody, and Khudan refused to hunt him even after he had agreed to hunt the rest. The party left him off the list for the same reason and set him aside as tomorrow’s work. He has still not been found, and what he took out of those houses is still with him.
