A councilor of Loshev, in the chamber the day the council asked the Valiant Few to hunt the raiders and was refused. One thing was settled that day: recompense, money for the townspeople the raiders had robbed and for the guards they had maimed. Ethel voted to pay it. It carried, against Torgun Kurvroc, the councilor who votes with him, and High Councilman Nikolas Rook.
