An old former cartographer, now High Councilman leading the Council of Loshev and the nearest thing the town keeps to a memory of the curse. The party met him in their first waking hours in the town, from the wrong side of his council floor: he heard the testimony and pronounced the sentence that sent Aldo into the eastern woods to hunt the bandits behind the road killings (S1E01).
