High Lord Garrett Bombo

Head of House Bombo, one of the eight noble families who govern Amulta beneath the crown, and the man who holds the army. Since every Amultan citizen owes service from adulthood, and since the war has bent the whole country toward not losing it, the portfolio he was born into is the one most of his countrymen pass through.

He has touched the record once, from a very long way off. Gwenivere Velmont, an Amultan living out her exile in Haudh-Gwenn, had just been told what the party had found under the mountains: the orc empowering the gnolls, the specter and the curse in the keep, and the ciphered encyclopedia. What she said, half to herself, was that she wondered whether Lady Arcium or Lord Bombo had already discovered it themselves, and whether any of this was known at home.
