Yamael Verrin
The Hobbin of Dwayne's Idir Expedition, one of the six who went up to Wraithblade Keep, and the one nobody can account for
A Hobbin, called Yam, and one of the six Dwayne led up the mountain as the Idir Expedition, the crew hired through Whent to open Wraithblade Keep. Two of the six were the Hafuwë brothers Eralan and Jahi Rasi, one was the Peren spearwoman Nazeera bint Qamar, one was the hobgoblin Oshuun Karral, one was Dwayne, and the last was Yamael.
He is in the record for one thing. Kithul was jumped below the keep by men he later described to Dwayne, and the description ran to four: the two Hafuwë, and behind them a Hobbin and a hobgoblin. The hobgoblin was Oshuun. The Hobbin was Yamael. Whether he was alive to be found afterward Dwayne could not say, having assumed for months that everybody but himself had died up there.
What is known cuts against him. Whent, who paid for the crew, had exactly two come back off that mountain, and they were Nazeera and Oshuun. Nazeera died of her wounds at Ridh soon after, and Oshuun was killed for the sword he carried down. Yamael was not one of the two.
