Salt

Water with the living force drawn out. Salt preserves and desiccates in the same motion; it holds things, and holds nothing alive.

It was one of the four planes cut into the Mól sigil-hall beneath the slaver camp (S1E10). The empire marked a plane that had no god in it, and marked it beside three that did.

The seat is empty. The god who held it has been quiet longer than memory serves, and few stories remain of who they were. No death was ever written down for them, only an absence old enough that the faiths stopped keeping the name.

Salt stands opposite Steam, where d’Ouhb sits. The sigil-hall shows both. Only one of them answers.
