Dion

A demon, and the reason spell-monger is a word you can be hit for. The Arcane Congress uses it plainly of its own members; said by anyone else it is an insult, and the insult is traced back to his name.

He has never appeared, and nothing else about him was ever written down: no domain, no cult, no place among the twenty-seven. He came up once, in a Haudh-Gwenn bar, in a conversation about how the Congress makes the barkeep measure every bottle before and after each shift. Even the man explaining the etymology hedged it: Dion, he thought, was a demon.
